'a Night at the Mangled Mare'
An original supernatural horror stage production planned for a three-night performance run in Colchester - mid 2027.
One nerve-shredding night inside a haunted Victorian hotel on the infamous Gallows Lane in old London. Three intrepid young paranormal investigators seeking to uncover the ghost of the flamboyant showman, Simpkin Weatherspoon.
One terrifying twist as the group discover what could possibly be the malevolent ghost of... Jack the Ripper.

A Night at the Mangled Mare is an original supernatural horror musical combining gothic mystery, dark comedy, paranormal investigation and explosive contemporary music.
The production blends the theatrical spectacle of a major modern musical with Victorian music hall, glam rock, gothic cabaret, folk-punk, cinematic orchestration and drum-and-bass energy - using cutting edge projections and VFX to inspire, terrify and induce the occasional jump scare.
At its heart... the story of Dottie Nightingale, a gifted but dismissed paranormal investigator who becomes the only person capable of hearing the fallen women that history ignored.
Over one night inside the ruined Mangled Mare Hotel, Dottie, Youtube paranormal sensation "A.J Ballentyne", and sidekick Milo must uncover the truth before Simpkin takes control of the story once again.
